I bought a NordiTrac S22i studio bike in November 2022. I used it sporadically. A month ago it stopped working. Now power. Black screen. No sign of life. I purchased a 4 year warranty though. Good? Well, not yet. I called and I emailed trying to get a support person on the phone to troubleshoot. No luck. Finally about 3 weeks in I got an email stating that a car had been opened with their service team. There was a number to call. M-F 8:00 to 5:00. And you have to be home with the bike to troubleshoot. So you have to take a day off? I work. No after hours r weekend support? I took off early two days and called. Sand result each day. The office is closed for a company wide meeting. Call later. A lot of meetings. Or perhaps everybody just leaves at noon. I am not impressed. Would not do this again. Bad support plan.
