We bought a GX 4.5 PRO bike a lit over a year ago. The console stopped working. The manual says to rest it and that the reset opening is somewhere on the console. We have not been able to find it. I am not blaming NT for this. We contacted them, back and forth, via emails asking them to help us locate the reset opening. This is the final email from them: "Unfortunately, we can not advise on the specific reset opening on the machine as every machine is different. This is usually at the top of the console or at the side of the console." They are the manufacturers. Surely either their useless manual or they themselves should be able to tell you where exactly the opening is located on a specific model!! This is absolutely pathetic. Never again.
