I can honestly say that I love this rower! I have used a few different ones over the years in the gym and this one is by far my favorite! It was so easy to set up/assemble. I love the workouts, I have the IFit membership and have been using those. My only word of advice is if you have small feet, it may be harder to strap your feet in because there isn’t much velcro left. Like I said, I love this rower.
