I bought this S40 in Spain and at first we had many problems. The startup was extremely slow, we kept receiving software errors, and at one point the treadmill wouldn’t even start anymore despite trying resets. We felt lost and didn’t know who could repair or support us.However, the company has now reached out to us directly, and we truly appreciate that they are doing everything possible to help solve these issues. Their proactive support makes a big difference, and therefore we are happy to update our review in a more positive way.
