My name is Lawrence, and I want to share my extremely disappointing experience with the Nordictrack x22i. After just a months of use, this expensive machine has become completely useless. I’ve attempted to reach their customer service for assistance, but it's been a nightmare. The representatives are incredibly rude, putting me on hold for hours only to eventually disconnect the call. I now have this machine sitting uselessly in my basement, and I'm still making payments on it. I strongly urge you to reconsider any plans to purchase this machine. I will be hosting a live review soon to warn others about my experience. Don’t make the same mistake I did!
