I have a 22i bike and the bike and the company are THE WORST! I would never buy another product from them. I received the bike from my daughter who moved and didn’t have room for it. It’s 3 years old, when they gave it to me it had 45 rides on it! I taught spin for 3 years on bikes that were used multiple times a day 7 days a week and never had the trouble I’ve had with this bike in the 3 months I’ve had it. I’ve gotten 3 full rides out of the bike without any issues. After 1st ride, the computer board went out, after 46 rides! I called NordicTrack and they said it would $150 to have someone come look at it then if it needed a part I could either put it on myself (?!) or pay ANOTHER $100 to have the tech come back and put it on. Plus I had to pay for the part which included shipping AND handling (WTF?!), I literally live 15 min from NordicTrack in Cache Valley Utah. So when my daughter came for Christmas my son in law put the motor in, because I don’t even have to pay a plumber to back and finish a job! Rode it ONE time and the resistance stopped working! So called again-it needed a new resistance motor! Paid for that and my son and I put it in last week. Took about an hour after watching their shitty YouTube video because their parts don’t come with install instructions! Did two good rides and there’s a scraping on the fly wheel, because I’m not a bike mechanic!! So I took it apart this morning to see if we just didn’t put something back right….nope everything’s on right and tight. The seat squeaks no matter how I adjust or tighten it and this morning after I put it back together I got in about 20 min before the screw that keeps the f-ing pedal on came out! So that will tighten down, but as soon as you pedal it loosens and falls out and the pedal comes off. So I got 30 min. I have literally had 3 full uninterrupted rides in 3 months. I literally HATE this bike. I hate this company. Oh and to get any kind of workout you have to pay for the FULL membership, the one that’s cheaper gets you like 2 beginner rides. I cancelled it because I can do my own damn workout for free. Waste of money and time. I literally dread going down to exercise because IT’S ALWAYS SOMETHING! I don’t know how they’re in business. Do not buy unless you’d rather work on a bike than ride one!
