Brutal customer service and repair assistance. I have a $1600 exercise bike from NotdicTrack that the pedal fell off !! Called to order a replacement crank arm but was told they don’t stock it anymore!! When asked how I fix this cheap part on my expensive bike I was told to check other places that sell NordicTrack !!!! I called the Mother company ffs !!!! Brutal. Not a bad product but if things go wrong you won’t get the service you need. Pick another company. I’d gladly take this review down and all my others if NordicTrack actually addressed my issue.
