DO NOT BUY! This is my advice if you are considering buying a NordicTrack product! This company seems to be designed to trick you in every aspect.My wife offered me a very expensive bicycle. As she researched for information about the product and potential return policies she followed the global website but to buy she did not realized as she was directed to the Swiss website that all the policies changed... and dramatically. The return policy that is so loudly advertised on the global website just doesn't apply outside of the US... So we got stuck with a 4.000usd product that we do not use, repacked and waiting for a solution. Every email and complain has been passed from one person to the other... and when I was informed of the 'right' person to contact I got no response.To add to the mix, the bicycle has a small defect in the logo. We sent the information, pictures, etc of this defect and we were sent stickers for us to apply... but worse, not even the correct ones!This company is a disgrace and I just regret that we spend a cent on their products. Certainly not again! DO NOT BUY!
