**Buyer Beware!**Be cautious when purchasing from NordicTrack! I bought a NordicTrack treadmill with an extended warranty, expecting reliable support. However, my experience has been extremely frustrating. The console has developed significant issues: the touchscreen only functions after resetting the machine, software updates are impossible, and Bluetooth connectivity is completely non-existent.After countless unanswered emails, I opted to call customer service. Two hours later, I learned that my console couldn't be repaired because my machine was incompatible with an updated console version. Despite having an extended warranty covering electronic issues, the only solution would be a new treadmill (as stated in the warranty), but NordicTrack insisted they would not honor their warranty. This is unacceptable; stand firm and choose a brand that truly supports its products!
