This treadmill is heavy and large. It has wheels, but isn't really meant to be mobile. Assembly was quick, about an hour, with 2 people. I would assemble it in the room where it will be used. The components feel weighty and durable. The screen is big enough.You can use manual mode or iFit. Manual mode is simple: incline\decline, speed, start\stop, with a little track with a pin showing progress on the screen that displays total time, lap time, distance, etc. iFit allows you to follow any of thousands of recorded\streamable walks, hikes, workouts, etc with various trainers. The treadmill automatically inclines\declines and speeds up\slows down as you follow the trainer. It would be nice to have some options to adjust the screen and/or an audio+video output option so I could mirror the screen to my TV+sound systems. I received this treadmill in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
