I purchased my Nordic track 3 in 1 four years ago and I have to say that it is the worst piece of equipment I’ve ever used or have purchased. It has been broken more than half of the time and customer service between Nordic track and I fit is atrocious. The machine froze up. I lunched forward and cracked my front tooth. I attempted to file a claim to get reimbursed for part of the machine or replacement and they made me jump through hoops with several questions that I didn’t have answers to in particular the time and date of service. The service technician was very Difficult to deal with and very unwilling to help. Stay away from Nordic track. They are a lousy company and I wasted $4000 on a piece of garbage. It was a lemon and they didn’t replace it for me. Shame on them.
