Worst company to deal with. I bought an elliptical a few weeks back. It was delivered and the assemblers left it half assembled. They sent a new assembler and there were parts missing so they sent those. Now technician has not come back and no one at Nordic track will help. Don’t touch them with a barge pole. They are quick to take your money and then not interested.
