I set up service for my Treadmill 2 weeks before the moving company arrived to move it. I paid the service fee and was told a service tech will call me within 5 business days. On the 6 business day I still did not hear from anyone. I was told they will contact them again and I would have to allow another 3 business days. The movers will be at my home in 3 business days and this will not work. I was told by the service tech there is nothing they can do. I did find out they don't to any service on their own. Service is a 3rd party company. They stated they could give my service to another company and would have to allow them another 5 business days to contact me. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Nordictrack does not care about the customer after you paid their huge purchase price.
