The absolute worst purchase and support experience I have EVER received. DO NOT invest in IFIT/NordicTrack. From day one it was a complete train wreck. I purchased the "white glove" delivery and installation. They sent 2 guys that only knew how to drive the truck. They literally dumped the box upside down on my floor to get the bike out. Then, they could not put it together and left. I had to call in and get a real technician to come out and get it finished and put together. About a month later, I had to call back in as the seat carriage had a significant amount of slack in it and wobbled badly. In addition, the wheel makes a knocking noise. They sent me parts but they don't have a tech to send out. I waited 3 months and nothing, still no tech. Their offer and solution was to do a video call with me so they could walk me through the repair. That was their remedy and needless to say that was unacceptable to me. So much for warranty support. As it stands today I have a broken bike and NordicTrack does not care and will not support my bike, unless I want to do the work myself. This is unethical, immoral and probably illegal to run a business this way. If you are in the market for a bike just keep scrolling past NordicTrack and pay the extra grand and get a Matrix. I had to give at least one star to leave this review, but in reality on a scale of 1-10 they would get a -100 from me. WILL NEVER BUY NORDICTRACK AGAIN!!
