Bought an elliptical in December 2023. In April 2024 the left pedal began making a thumping sound and shortly afterwards the pedal completely sheared off the front fly wheel. Customer service rep who apparently has difficulty speaking / understanding English told me I would have to pay for a service tech despite the machine being under warranty.Eventually contacted a rep named Cassie who thus far has sent two totally useless parts and told me I would have to pay for a technician because they don’t have any. No explanation of how to find a technician for NordicTrack if Nordic Track can’t find one!Now that I have these totally useless parts, I can’t get “Cassie” or anyone else to answer a phone call, return a call or respond to emails.It’s a damn shame the financing out lasts the product and the warranty!I only wish I had found the multiple bad reviews on this product before purchasing!Stay away from Nordic Track. Sorry products and even worse customer service!
