We bought the new commercial 2450 in December 2022 but we’re not able to set up until mid to end of january 2023. Right away we had problems with it, ranging from incline not working to creaking and loose tread belt to the whole machine just turning off mid run. Our first call to warranty was early February 2023. Since then, we have had EVERY SINGLE piece replaced down to the wires and all. The machine still does not work and the technician witnessed and told Nordic track about this. The next step was to have a replacement sent. To our surprise, Nordic track said they need the technician to be sent out AGAIN for “more information.” They will not admit they gave us a lemon and they will not replace it. We are still paying for this product and we even purchased the 3 year ifit subscription upfront and are unable to get a refund. This company will do everything in its power to make sure your broken treadmill does not get replaced or refunded and still make you pay for the whole thing. This has been about 8-9 months of having a broken treadmill. I would not purchase from Nordic track or ifit again.
