The belt on my treadmill shifted to the left. I followed the instructions in the manual. Now it's stuck too far to the right and the belt isn't moving back. I went to nordictrackservice.com as directed in my manual. That site moved me to ifit. The bot isn't programed to deal with this problem. I requested to contact them with the problem. The site requested the product number. I gave it according to myuser's manual. The site keeps deleting the numbers I put in and asking for the product number. I can't get past that part so I'm not even able to ask for service. Very frustrating that they don't provide information to get service on their products. Now the treadmill is not able to be used.
