I placed my order 27 Feb 2026, I have been given dates from the courier for delivery each one has not been fulfilled. I reached out to Nordina to ask for help. Joe emailed and said my chairs would arrive yesterday no chairs, and to email him should they not arrive . I looked in the DHL app and it said Tuesday today 10th March, nothing has arrived. I called Nordina twice today on hold 40 minutes got to 1st in the que to be told leave a message we will call back... Did this twice no call....
I have taken 2 days to work from home to sign for the parcel .
I emailed Nordina last night and today no reply...
I am fine if the delivery is later I need a definitive date!
I was recommended to this website.. so far so very disappointed.
Lets see where it goes.
