They then contacted me to say it would end of March before I received my order. They have just emailed me to say that they have had to cancel my order. They have lied to me caused me a lot of stress and hassle. Avoid this company, they are a sham.

Assembly Challenges with Inexpensive Barstools

I purchased two barstools at £50 each. While they were affordable, I expected that with just four bolts, assembly would be straightforward; however, I was mistaken. The curved bases of the seats made it difficult to attach them properly, as they wouldn't sit flush. To ensure proper assembly, I had to flatten the base with a hammer and buy 18mm M6 bolts from a popular online retailer, since the original 15mm bolts barely engaged with the threads, making the stools potentially unsafe. In the end, I managed to assemble them, but only after making those adjustments. On a positive note, delivery was prompt.

Order placed but never received

I ordered six dining chairs on December 30th, and was informed they would be delivered shortly. I received a notification that they were with the courier, but have heard nothing since. After multiple emails to the support team, I only get responses saying they are looking into it. I just want my chairs, and if the courier has lost them, I expect a replacement.

This service is highly deceptive.

This service is highly deceptive. Most of the positive reviews seem to focus solely on 'communication'—which makes sense, as shortly after placing an order, you are prompted to leave a review. During that time, communication is frequent and everything appears satisfactory.
Regrettably, after the review is submitted, the service declines significantly.
I waited 8 weeks for my chairs to arrive. When they finally did, they were of poor quality and entirely different from what was advertised. I promptly requested a return, but since then, I have received no response.
I’ve been waiting over 3 days for a reply, yet there has been no communication whatsoever. Phone calls remain unanswered, and the online returns form fails to load—just spinning indefinitely.
At this point, I have no choice but to reach out to my credit card provider and escalate the issue to relevant authorities. Based on my experience and those of others, I would strongly recommend avoiding this service.

Mixed feelings about the chairs

My experience has been somewhat mixed; the chairs I ordered matched the pictures, but the build quality leaves something to be desired. All assembly pieces were included, but many wooden parts do not align correctly, requiring careful assembly. I suppose you get what you pay for. I noticed that the US site offers an exact replica of the chair design I purchased, which I would have preferred locally, but perhaps legal restrictions prevent that. Overall, my feelings are mixed; I hope the chairs hold up over time.

Very dissatisfied

I am very dissatisfied. I have been waiting for my order for over a month, receiving only automated emails with no updates, and no one answers the phone after a 20-minute wait. I would not recommend this service.

I ordered three bar stools, but only received one dining chair that wasn’t what I ordered, despite confirming beforehand that I wanted bar stools. This was three months after my order. Avoid this seller.

Great email communication

I had excellent communication via email from the representative, who was very helpful. However, we wasted a lot of time in phone queues and were transferred to an answering machine the second time we called when we were first in line! While the email communication is effective, they really need to improve their phone service.
