My experience with Nordiska Inglasningar AB has been highly disappointing.While the balcony glazing itself was completed, the handling of the building permit process was poorly managed. The first permit application was rejected without me being informed. A second application was submitted, resulting in an additional municipal fee of 4,860 SEK, which I was also not notified about in advance.Communication throughout the process was unclear and inconsistent. Important documentation was sent without proper explanation, and responsibility for procedural issues has now been shifted to me instead of being addressed transparently.This process has been unnecessarily stressful, time-consuming, and financially unpredictable.If you wish to avoid stress, unprofessional handling of documentation, and unexpected additional charges, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
