My experience with Nordiska Inglasningar AB has been highly disappointing.
While the balcony glazing itself was completed, the handling of the building permit process was poorly managed. The first permit application was rejected without me being informed. A second application was submitted, resulting in an additional municipal fee of 4,860 SEK, which I was also not notified about in advance.
Communication throughout the process was unclear and inconsistent. Important documentation was sent without proper explanation, and responsibility for procedural issues has now been shifted to me instead of being addressed transparently.
This process has been unnecessarily stressful, time-consuming, and financially unpredictable.
If you wish to avoid stress, unprofessional handling of documentation, and unexpected additional charges, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

The worst service I ever got, a lot of pressuring to sign a contract, had no time to read or think it through, very bad work done, I had ti tell the workers a lot of times how they should do their work and even after the work was done super bad.
I really enjoyed that there was a campaign being run in my area and then when I reached out, an appointment was made for that week and the salesman came and laid out all the options and pricing. The various departments within Nordiska dealing with different parts of the process (finance, sales, operations etc) helped make communication easier and more direct. The final product and finish is absolute quality!
I don't usually write bad reviews, but this is just annoying.Safety and Quality Issues:I'll start with the most serious problem. Around 20 minutes after the workers finished and left our apartment, I tried opening the glass panels. When I was unfolding the second glass panel, the glass got derailed and was about to fall down. I tried to gently put it back to avoid further accidents, but the locking mechanism fell down and hit me on the head. Luckily, it wasn't that heavy. We called the company, and after an hour they came back to fix the issue. While it was nice of them to return, but this incident made me afraid to touch the balcony glass again.Subpar Installation Quality:Despite claiming they needed to measure our balcony for a "perfect fit," the final installation had obvious gaps due to incorrect measurements. The measurement process was almost like a joke - after installation, we constantly had to point out big gaps in corners and edges. Their solution was to patch these gaps with ugly-looking filler that made the poor workmanship even more apparent.Poor Communication and Hidden Costs:The company said they would handle the permit for us and told us not to worry about it. This gave us the impression that the permit cost would be included in the package. Days after the installation, we received an invoice and were surprised to learn we needed to pay for the permit. Initially, I thought it would only be the 3,000 kr they had mentioned, but they had failed to disclose possible hidden fees that could push the total up to 10,000+ kr. This lack of transparency was frustrating and felt deceptive.Tho we got a decent discount, it does not mean the quality should be compromised. We paid a lot and will be paying an extra 10k. Not very happy about the experience.
They did a really good job with our balcony glazing. All the process right from approval from BRF to commune was handled by them. They started the work before schedule and finished it quickly. Only issue I faced was that I was unaware of the fees that need to be paid to the commune which was not made clear during initial meetings.

Everything was done neatly and they made sure to clean up after themselves — my balcony was left spotless. One thing I really appreciate now is how much more usable space my balcony adds to the apartment. The glazing has made it feel like an extra room — cozy and sheltered from the wind and rain, but still full of light. The quality of the materials used and the finish is excellent — it feels sturdy and well-made, and the design looks elegant from both inside and outside, matching perfectly with the rest of the building. Overall, I highly recommend Nordiska Inglasningar to anyone considering glazing their balcony. Good work, quality and customer service.
