I signed up to lose weight. 'My plan' does not seem to be designed with that in mind. Exercises have a start indicator but neither a halfway indicator, should one need to switch, nor an end of exercise indicator. This means one often runs over a rest into the next exercise unless one looks at ones phone constantly. The exercises themselves just seem random with bizarre time lengths. For example, in a 15' yoga session, fully 2' consists of a held 'Downward Dog'. I have seen no improvement in any area even though I do every lesson every day.
