I got from site , 4 weeks trail, the 4 weeks finished, and in the beginning of the month they took money from my account saying that I subscribed now , which I didn’t do, amount they withdrew was 92.48 eur and the response was that they are not giving it back. It’s scam , and do not buy anything. I was shocked when I saw how much they withdrew.
I would give this company a zero if it was possible. I purchased a 4 week program by mistake never opened the app. Messaged company and paypal after receiving a charge for $105.94. Charge was made at 6:11 I notified both paypal and Nordletics by 7:00 both refused refund. It is unclear that it is a renewing subscription. The company is crooked.
Very dubious company that preys on vulnerable people without first making CLEAR that this is a continuous subscription, which will cost you dearly! It's impossible to cancel via the app,and when you complain, you'll get a standard bot reply that they're sending to all the unhappy customers.
If you look up for Nordletics ,on Facebook you can see that this pathetic company ,deletes any UNFAVOURABLE reviews! Scammers and do not believe their reply that they're improving their TRANSPARENCY!
Look at their reply * another year on * still improving their TRANSPARENCY! Financial institutions should investigate this clowns!

After trying again to get a refund through them and Paypal they have fobbed me off.
This company continues to scam people and they are getting away with it. Do not sign up to this! Something needs to be done!!

SCAM!!! I signed up for a 30-day trial. I liked the recipes but all in all it wasn't for me. I cancelled at the 30 day mark following the written process presented by Nordletics. I was charged $105 on that same day after I cancelled. I asked for a refund and I was told I needed proof. Email or screenshot. No email was sent confirming my cancellation and I am locked out of my accout so I cannot access any information confirming this. Now, I am paying Nordletics $105 to be locked out of my account. Stay away!
I signed up to lose weight. 'My plan' does not seem to be designed with that in mind. Exercises have a start indicator but neither a halfway indicator, should one need to switch, nor an end of exercise indicator. This means one often runs over a rest into the next exercise unless one looks at ones phone constantly. The exercises themselves just seem random with bizarre time lengths. For example, in a 15' yoga session, fully 2' consists of a held 'Downward Dog'. I have seen no improvement in any area even though I do every lesson every day.

I got stung for £ 79.11, not authorised by me ,very misleading, and no further emails to even warn you about further payments?!In their reply to me they said" that we do not send renewal reminders, and the recurring nature of the subscription is OUTLINED during your purchase"
Very dodgy and clearly shouldn't be trading.
I want a refund as I didn't agree to any further payments or subscription. Con merchants and dubious practices ,do not fall for this!
THe key is right in their Name " West FEES"
Nordletics is completely unethical and unreasonable. The app does not do what they advertise, but you don't know it until you pay. They they will not refund any funds. You are stuck with something you never used, never needed or intended to use. It's just a money grab. Very unhelpful.

I realized after one day that it would not be beneficial to me due to a handicap. I should have looked more thoroughly before signing up. However, I did communicate this to them to cancel. I do not have a record of my communication so, me bad! I believe I did this through the App. So, after the $24 charge and the $105 charge I thought that I learned my lesson. And then I received another $105 charge. Not refundable, of course, but at least I believe it’s cancelled. It may not be a scam but they are enjoying the benefits of well executed confusion.
I can't recommend this app given my experience. I was drawn by their marketing on Facebook, but within hours of subscribing, I knew the app would not meet my needs. The screen size of workouts is miniscule and there is zero flexibility in the way they work. Worst rub - when I contacted Nordletics after only 20 hours of subscription, they confirmed they would cancel my subscription as requested, but would not provide a refund.
