I used NordLocker for local locker for the last 4 years.They have now removed that feature and forces people to the cloud.Because of this I decided not to use the NordLocker product anymore.However I had an expired debit card on my account that they charged.It went through and when I contacted support to get refund.They said im not eligible for refund and they are keeping my 75 usd.This is despite i contacted them the same day they charged my debit card. They also claim that I received an renewal notice even though there is no such email in my inbox.I asked for more details like what email sent it and what time and they did not provide this information.All other emails from Nord including marketing ones exist in my inbox and is not filtered as spam.My only choice now is go via my bank and issue an chargeback.This review is based on this experience alone and have changed my entire view of Nord as a company.I will from now on advocate against all Nord products for friends and family.Edit Support ID: #18619721Feel free to check why support didnt answer my last question even tho they said they will look into it.Edit 2:Nordlocker admitted it was their fault. They never sent a renewal email.But this happen after month of waiting for my bank to issue chargeback.I highly doubt if i didnt write this review and issue a chargeback with bank I would get anything back.
