I placed my order in October, expecting my tree to arrive on November 24th. It never showed up. There was no communication whatsoever. I called multiple times and sent numerous emails before finally reaching someone who claimed there was a system issue and they couldn't find my order details. Perhaps they could have reached out to customers or responded to emails? I still don’t have my tree. Truly disappointing and frustrating.
