I placed my order in October, expecting the tree to arrive on November 24th. It never came. There was no communication at all. I called five different days and sent numerous emails before finally getting through. I was informed there was a system issue, and they couldn’t check the delivery date. Why not reach out to customers or respond to emails? I still haven’t received my tree. This feels like a scam. Thanks for ruining Christmas.

I ordered a tree for delivery on the 2nd, but unlike others, I received no notification. I took the day off, turning down work, excited to decorate with my housemates. By noon, still no message, so I called. After over 90 minutes on hold, the call dropped, and their phones were off the rest of the day. I sent multiple emails and kept calling, hoping for a delivery until late. I felt like I was waiting for a tree that would never come. This company is a scam. Consider buying from a more reliable source instead.
I received no responses regarding my order and couldn’t reach them. When I finally got through, I was on hold for four hours before getting disconnected. The only way to get my money back is through my bank. I wish I had checked reviews beforehand.
This has been the worst experience. The delivery was over two hours late, and by the time it arrived, the office was closed. I couldn't reach them by phone to find out what happened, nor did they inform me about the delay. This was for my office, and now everyone is upset about not having a tree because of this company's incompetence. Please avoid if you want your tree delivered at all. I will seek a refund or initiate a chargeback.

I was hesitant after seeing last year's reviews, but I decided to take a chance, and I’m so glad I did! I received a beautiful 6ft tree at a reasonable price, with excellent delivery tracking and communication. I would highly recommend this service.

This service is a scam. I ordered a tree for delivery on December 11th, scheduled for December 16th. On the delivery day, I received a text update, but the delivery time kept getting pushed back. I called multiple times and left messages, but got no response. It’s now December 18th, and I still have no tree. I'm reporting this as fraudulent and will order from another company if I can find one. This is unacceptable.
