This has been the worst experience. The delivery was over two hours late, and by the time it arrived, the office was closed. I couldn't reach them by phone to find out what happened, nor did they inform me about the delay. This was for my office, and now everyone is upset about not having a tree because of this company's incompetence. Please avoid if you want your tree delivered at all. I will seek a refund or initiate a chargeback.
