This service is a scam. I ordered a tree for delivery on December 11th, scheduled for December 16th. On the delivery day, I received a text update, but the delivery time kept getting pushed back. I called multiple times and left messages, but got no response. It’s now December 18th, and I still have no tree. I'm reporting this as fraudulent and will order from another company if I can find one. This is unacceptable.
