Long story short I wanted a Satellite internet due to being in a Mobile Home in a remote region of France.I sign the contract, receive and SMS telling me that I didn't signed the contract, resigned the contract.Try to call someone to let them know I signed twice due to the SMS that made me doubt the first signature went ahead...Talked to someone from the wrong service who then transferred me to the right service...30 minute later still no one taking the call.Just received 2 Satellite dishes shortly after that...Those people are clearly incompetent and have little to no customer service.I do not recommend.And after sending my resiliation letter someone from their company told me they received it but then I had another person from their service tell me I supposedly didn't do it, or didn't send it to right address...What incompetence is this!Lastly last week they tried to charge me 60€ out of the bleu, The jokes write themselves with them.Good thing they don't have the access to transfers from my bank anyway.
