Long story short I wanted a Satellite internet due to being in a Mobile Home in a remote region of France.
I sign the contract, receive and SMS telling me that I didn't signed the contract, resigned the contract.
Try to call someone to let them know I signed twice due to the SMS that made me doubt the first signature went ahead...
Talked to someone from the wrong service who then transferred me to the right service...30 minute later still no one taking the call.
Just received 2 Satellite dishes shortly after that...
Those people are clearly incompetent and have little to no customer service.
I do not recommend.
And after sending my resiliation letter someone from their company told me they received it but then I had another person from their service tell me I supposedly didn't do it, or didn't send it to right address...
What incompetence is this!Lastly last week they tried to charge me 60€ out of the bleu, The jokes write themselves with them.
Good thing they don't have the access to transfers from my bank anyway.

Cost money and service is unworth

Quick delivery but the most difficult to install which cost lots of money and in the end you have no choice to pay as it’s impossible unless you are an ingénieur. I decided to send it back, parabol has never been used, I HAVE TO TAKE IT TO THE TIP, SAVE THZ PLANET!!! Good ethic for a big company, but the best is I have to pay the equipment to be sent back considering I still in my trial period, which the lady didn’t mention so be careful! The size of the box is the size of the race bicycle so it cost a fortune! I don’t know why I went with them! Big mistake. I never leave reviews but nordnet you deserve to improve you service it’s rubbish. I don’t recommend at all as once you place the parabol they give you a year warranty and then every time you have lots of wind your satellite dish moves you have to call the ingénieur which cost you. You should go with Starlink people it’s much more easy to install! Bit more money but nothing compare to Nordnet!

Disappointing shambles of a service

5 jours sans internet et aucune communication de la part de Nordnet. J'ai fait des recherches par téléphone, par email et on m'a dit que mon récepteur satellite avait bougé, puis que c'était la faute du faisceau, puis celle du satellite. J'ai cru que la connexion par satellite serait mon sauveur. J'ai eu tort. Nous vivons dans une région isolée et je répondais que la connexion était la clé de tout. C'est un service choquant. Je suis très déçu par Nordnet. Dans ce monde moderne, il n'est pas déraisonnable d'attendre une connexion et un service décents.OK, we're now th 27th May, still no resolution but thats OK, I now have Starlink installed. Nordnet want to bill me for this month (despite no service for the whole month) but also want to bill me for a service that I have cancelled. The thing is, I wouldn't have cancelled if it was working. Contracts work both ways. Nordnet provides an internet service, I pay for that service, Nordnet fails to provide the internet service, I stop paying.... so why am I being charged a cancellation fee? If the damn service was working I wouldn't cancel...... Lets see what happens. I'm more than happy to fight this one.

Poor NORDNET satellite contact

Just one more failure. I have an 0800665511 cast free number. I got through to technical services. The chap said wait and he will get the English speaker. I waited 30mins and listened while he farted down the phone. Then said bye mister and put the phone down. Very bad very bad.A complete whitewash. Without Internet how do you use Facebook? Without a French phone you cannot use chat. I have to pay for rubbish equipment and service. As I said they have no idea.Please send this to your chief exec. Let him respond,not you do good, act nice, useless service.Cannot get to talk to a person in English. I have just changed my satellite equipment to suit Nordnet. I cannot set it up. Help Help. I have phoned them up but technical services cannot speak English. Someone will phone back. I do not have a phone. I do not have a French phone. I do not have a mobile phone signal. I do not have Internet. So they send me emails, we tried to call you but no answer?? You can call us on 3420 - I do not have a phone. I do not have a signal. Thanks for using our service you can call us on 3420. An English speaker will phone you back. I don't have a phone. I don't have a mobile signal...I think you have now got the message. Nordnet haven't NOT YET. From 11th April to 29th April and not resolved. RUBBISH SERVICE.

An update from two weeks ago on…

An update from two weeks ago on Nordnet...once again the charming customer service team got in touch, promising to fix the issue of connection. Two weeks later, nothing....since January....what a shame. Absolute waste of time, terrible service and I am now hearing their connection is slow and unreliable...looking now into alternatives - what a disaster. Not to be trusted, not to be relied upon. What a disgrace....though they are very efficient at charging monthly...for NO SERVICE that can be used.

various nordnet problems

I recently had my satellite dish installed and was asked by the installer for some "notes" i.e. money. When I told him, I didn't have any, he sat in his van in our driveway in intimidating fashion before finally leaving. Since then the internet works intermittently and when contacting customer service, theycan never answer you but transfer you to another service which is never answered. My customer account portal 'lost' my contract, so to activate my mobile sim card or transfer my telephone number is now impossible. I'm seriously thinking to cancel this service and go back to my 'very slow orange adsl' which at least was more reliable.After receiving an encouraging reply from Nordnet today 25/03/24 , I also received an email from their customer service team to say that the transfer of my landline number from Orange to Nordnet had been completed and my mobile number will be available tomorrow. Except it’s not. I contacted them again several times but no reply on the matter. Also I was told in the same message that someone would be contacting me with regards to my customer portal, but again nothing. Hopefully it will be resolved soon as Orange also notified me that they will be terminating my contract, so potentially I could lose my landline and mobile service. Is Nordnet really on top of things?

No phone connection no internet again…

No phone connection no internet again this is a joke. After 8 years with them it just gets worse. Third world service.
