I recently had my satellite dish installed and was asked by the installer for some "notes" i.e. money. When I told him, I didn't have any, he sat in his van in our driveway in intimidating fashion before finally leaving. Since then the internet works intermittently and when contacting customer service, theycan never answer you but transfer you to another service which is never answered. My customer account portal 'lost' my contract, so to activate my mobile sim card or transfer my telephone number is now impossible. I'm seriously thinking to cancel this service and go back to my 'very slow orange adsl' which at least was more reliable.After receiving an encouraging reply from Nordnet today 25/03/24 , I also received an email from their customer service team to say that the transfer of my landline number from Orange to Nordnet had been completed and my mobile number will be available tomorrow. Except it’s not. I contacted them again several times but no reply on the matter. Also I was told in the same message that someone would be contacting me with regards to my customer portal, but again nothing. Hopefully it will be resolved soon as Orange also notified me that they will be terminating my contract, so potentially I could lose my landline and mobile service. Is Nordnet really on top of things?
