The battery headset is very poorly constructed; the clips holding the strap to the battery are flimsy and break easily. The warranty is short at only 120 days. I would recommend avoiding it as there are better-built options available. I reached out and was offered 50% off a new headset, which felt insulting since that’s already the price.
