Order there product 18 days ago. They took my money but no delivery. Coming from China and they claim its now at my local delivery person.... who ever that is??? which they don't mention. That was 3 days ago. Tried to contact them but???? no phone number. When I fill out the contact e-mail thing, it doesn't do anything. Never delivery it. Beware. I'm going to contact my credit card peopel and try to cancel the payment. Probably too late.
VR had turned into a burden due to discomfort, but now it’s genuinely fun once more. I eagerly anticipate putting on the headset instead of worrying about pain. My perspective on VR gaming has transformed completely. This strap has truly revitalized my passion for the hobby.
The battery headset is very poorly constructed; the clips holding the strap to the battery are flimsy and break easily. The warranty is short at only 120 days. I would recommend avoiding it as there are better-built options available. I reached out and was offered 50% off a new headset, which felt insulting since that’s already the price.
I've been using this daily for two months now, and the comfort is incredible compared to the original. I often play long sessions of a certain game, and discomfort used to cut them short. Now, I lose track of time because the hardware feels non-existent. The battery is silent, the balance is perfect, and I have no complaints.
The comfort of the strap is decent, but I've faced issues with the battery not charging properly twice. I have to adjust the cable position to get it to charge. When it works, the battery life is good, but the reliability is concerning. I might need to reach out to the support team.
