I visited the store to buy gifts, but the selection of sizes was chaotic. When checking out, I didn’t have my loyalty card, which usually isn't a problem. However, the representative struggled to find my account and made a rude comment about customers typically bringing their cards. I took my ID back and used a credit card instead, expressing my dissatisfaction with the comment. The staff needs better training.
