I was travelling and tried to use my credit card and was declined. After wasting hours with many calls customer service including their AI assistant I must conclude that this card is not worth it and gives Nordstrom’s a really bad name.
I ordered a coffee machine on 12/23, and as of 1/5, when it was supposed to arrive, it still hasn't even shipped. I've reached out to customer service three times, and no one seems to know the status of my order. If I had realized the service would be this poor, I would have chosen a more reliable company from the beginning, which is now what I have to do.
I ordered a set of pajamas for my wife as a Christmas gift. The website clearly indicated that they would arrive by Christmas. However, after completing my purchase, the delivery date was pushed to December 29th. It seems the company relies on a subpar delivery service that has mismanaged my order, and now the item is lost. I can't emphasize enough the frustration and greed displayed by the company. They promised timely delivery to secure my purchase, but afterward, they changed the date. Instead of using a reliable service, they opted for the cheapest option to cut costs. Now I’m left to deal with the delivery service to try and resolve this issue.
I would give zero stars if possible. The item was marked as delivered to my mailbox, but it never arrived. When I reached out to the company, they informed me they were 'reviewing' my order and would get back to me in 1-2 business days. That was weeks ago! If you like paying for items and not receiving them, this is the place for you! I'm shocked by the unprofessionalism and lack of service, and I won't be spending any more money here!

Even after filing a police report and providing all necessary documentation, the company refused to take responsibility for their error. They also provided incorrect information to my bank, which resulted in my claim being denied. I spent countless hours trying to resolve this issue through phone calls and emails, but there was no accountability from their side.
This service failed to safeguard my delivery, my money, and my trust.
This company claims to offer excellent customer service, but they have not delivered on that promise. Last night, a delivery person woke me up at 9 PM to drop off a damaged box containing cosmetics. Now, I have to return everything for a refund. It's frustrating that they do not seem to monitor their delivery process, resulting in such unprofessional and unacceptable service.
I've always enjoyed shopping here, but ordering items has become an endless wait. My orders never arrive on time, and there’s no communication regarding shipping dates. Cancelling orders is impossible if they take too long. Even with in-store shipping! After only a couple of orders this year, I grew so impatient that I went to a different location to purchase. Now that I'm in a new state, I ordered a birthday gift, but nothing has changed. Other retailers have consistently delivered on time, while this company continues to disappoint.

However, the representative struggled to find my account and made a rude comment about customers typically bringing their cards. I took my ID back and used a credit card instead, expressing my dissatisfaction with the comment. The staff needs better training.
I was very dissatisfied with a representative in the customer service department. They were rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. It's hard to understand how someone like that works in customer service. I won’t be returning to this location.
