My shaver was mistakenly redirected to someone else. I'm not sure how this happened, but it seems like there were multiple payments listed in my order documentation. I suspect there was an error on their end. I'm in one location, but the package ended up delivered to a different state. The postal service couldn't help since the sender initiated the redirection. I've sent several emails to this seller about my issue, but I'm still waiting for an explanation and resolution.
