This company is a complete disappointment.

This company feels like a scam, selling low-quality products. I'm doubtful about their supposed location. I've never encountered such poor service in my life. Returning the item is nearly impossible. I purchased a garment steamer, and upon opening the package, I was shocked by the quality. They require returns to be sent to a distant location, which I can only imagine will be costly due to shipping fees and import taxes.
