Excessively slow to produce and deliver. I ordered a tablet case on December 9th with an estimated shipping date of December 23rd. Given Christmas I had no expectation of receipt before Christmas - and in fact the item was a gift for someone's birthday in mid-January. However with no sign of dispatch by January 12th I attempted to cancel and was refused and assured it was almost ready for dispatch. It was in the end not dispatched until 23rd January and as of today - 27th January - I still don't have it. If I had realised that this item would take more than seven weeks to be received I would never have ordered it. I absolutely would NOT recommend Noreve on this basis
