More than £300 for a phone case - more fool me. Took months and months to arrive, when it did, the top piece does not fit properly for my Galaxy Flip 7. Also, the embossed letters came off within a week. Absolute waste of time and money. Do not bother. Happy to send photos to anyone who wants them - as I did with Noreve who offered to refinish the case. Hard pass.
Excessively slow to produce and deliver. I ordered a tablet case on December 9th with an estimated shipping date of December 23rd. Given Christmas I had no expectation of receipt before Christmas - and in fact the item was a gift for someone's birthday in mid-January. However with no sign of dispatch by January 12th I attempted to cancel and was refused and assured it was almost ready for dispatch. It was in the end not dispatched until 23rd January and as of today - 27th January - I still don't have it. If I had realised that this item would take more than seven weeks to be received I would never have ordered it. I absolutely would NOT recommend Noreve on this basis
The case for my new phone is exactly what I wanted. The leather is excellent quality and the design is great for holding cards safely as well as my phone. Before this case I had one for 7 years and it still looks good and has protected my phone through knocks and falls in all that time. The customer service was also excellent and ensured that I got a case that was just right for me - my case was custom made and is a great fit. I would highly recommend Noreve.
Noreve is one of the best providers of luxury leather goods. Their level of expertise and skill is second to none. The choice of leathers and customisation options is also one of the highlights of their e-shop. Equally, their customer service is very polite, always willing to help and always do their best for their customer. Highly recommended!
I have a Sony Xperia XZ3 Noreve leather case from 2019, and still is in good shape. It protected my phone well during two falls onto concrete floor. Now I purchased a new one for a Samsung Galaxy S25 phone. The case is matching both the size and the colour of the phone well (ocean blue). It does not have holes for the earpiece speaker, instead the cover is slightly folded up and kept with minimal height (the speakers are usually moved nowadays to the top edge of the screens anyway). The price of the new case is more than double of the old one, it can be considered expensive. Free standard delivery was offered, the product was quickly shipped from stock, but the delivery took quite long in the festive season, even inside EU (about 3 weeks), so I would not recommend standard delivery option for those eager to receive the products quickly.
