I am genuinely disappointed with this company. The sales representative was great, and the contracted fitters did a good job. The products were also impressive. However, dealing with the company itself was a frustrating experience. Communication was very poor, and the customer service was rude. We felt misled throughout the process. Furthermore, the company was not registered to certify the work until this month, which is 7 months after our initial installation. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this company.
