Clicked on a link for more info, within 30 seconds someone phoned to ask what we were after and made an appointment. Basil shows up on time, asked what we were looking to do and advised us what would work best. He also checked all the windows during measurements and showed us what was failing and what to look out for/do if we decided not to take on the project yet. And then he went the extra mile and ran through a few different options of quotes and deposits to make sure we felt it was achievable without becoming uncomfortable and we were asked throughout the appointment that we knew what we were purchasing and why. We didn’t feel pressured once and the range of products and knowledge Basil delivered was more than enough. We could tell this was a family-run, local, supporting business and we’re excited to see the difference this project will make.
