My first shipment was “delivered” (but never showed up). The next day, I got an email from MonkProtect about replacing a delivery if it was lost or damaged. It was almost like Norlan knew it wasn’t going to arrive. The business seems shady to me, as if there’s some kind of insurance scam going on behind the scenes. They’re lucky the glass is nice…
