After ordering the glasses they were shipped and received all in a timely fashion. Like the glasses very much except how heavy they are. No mention in the advertising or at least I did not realize they are heavier then I like. I like a heavy glass butcthese are too heavy.
The speed in receiving the products from the time of competing the order was exceptional. The actual product was a true reflection of the one advertised.This certainly illustrates the authenticity of the company.They believe in their product, the beauty includes the practicality.Extremely impressed and pleased with my purchase thank you.
My first shipment was “delivered” (but never showed up). The next day, I got an email from MonkProtect about replacing a delivery if it was lost or damaged. It was almost like Norlan knew it wasn’t going to arrive. The business seems shady to me, as if there’s some kind of insurance scam going on behind the scenes. They’re lucky the glass is nice…
