DO NOT ORDER FROM NORRLOOM. My husband placed an order for a Wool Cardigan - GBP48.93 / USD 61.68. Over 2 weeks later he received a 100% Polyester, printed attrocity of a sweat top (for want of a better description). Paid for by PayPal, we reported the scam. However, we are now having to go through a complaint procedure with the Supplier before being reviewed by PayPal. The Supplier did respond - with a pre-formatted excuse, blaming the advertising, packaging and transport!! An ungracious 15% refund was offerred, apparently to demonstrate their legitimacy?? This is a blatant SCAM.
