I ordered an Icelandic hand-knit cardigan and a cashmere sweater. They arrived yesterday, and both are synthetic. The label on the 'cashmere' states '100% Acrylic,' while the other has no label. I've emailed the company but have yet to receive a response. There seems to be no way to return the items, as the packaging is in Chinese.
