Didn’t improve my acne at all even though I followed their instructions to a tee. When I put through a refund (which they guarantee if it doesn’t work), they never responded, when I reached out again they asked me to put the request through again, however, then denied the request because it had been over 2 months since my purchase (even though my initial request was within the timeframe). Was really hoping this would work or at least they would hold to their guaranteed refund if it didn’t. Please be mindful.
