I recently tried Norse Organics, and while the product wasn’t the perfect match for my oily skin, I truly had such a wonderful experience overall.
The customer service was amazing especially Mhakee. She was so kind, sweet, and genuinely caring. She took the time to respond, made me feel heard, and really showed that the company values its customers. That level of care means a lot.
Even though the formula may work better for other skin types, the support and positivity I received from Mhakee made the experience so pleasant. I really appreciate the kindness and would definitely recommend them based on their beautiful customer service alone. 💛
I’ve been trying the acne system for about one month now, and am seeing a difference in my skin. It’s less oily, healthier looking, and acne is getting better. So far I’m loving the product!
I have the most sensitive skin and this doesn’t ever irritate it even when it is reacting. It soothes while kills bacteria- I’ve seen the size of pimples significantly shrink overnight. I do have dryer skin so I have to add other oils or else I’ll sometimes wake up with my skin peeling. Highly recommend!!

This product gave me more acne than I had before. My skin became more oily and more and more breakouts kept happening. It took around 3-4 weeks to get it under control. This is not a good product. If you care about your skin, do not buy from Norse Organics. I still have not received my refund either.
Didn’t improve my acne at all even though I followed their instructions to a tee. When I put through a refund (which they guarantee if it doesn’t work), they never responded, when I reached out again they asked me to put the request through again, however, then denied the request because it had been over 2 months since my purchase (even though my initial request was within the timeframe). Was really hoping this would work or at least they would hold to their guaranteed refund if it didn’t. Please be mindful.
The worst customer service experience before I ever got the product. Even if it was a miracle cure it wouldn't be worth the hassle to get it. They claim it's manufactured in the USA but said International shipping was causing a delay even though it was within the US. Then they wouldn't give me a refund because I hadn't tried the product. They also couldn't tell me where there product was manufactured in the US.
Mhakee and the Support Team have been so responsive and helpful. I certainly felt support when my package status was unclear. The Support Team stayed in touch with me the entire time and ensured that the solution was found.
the night balm has been so good for my hormonal acne! it’s gentle, healing, and i’m able to vary how much i want to use it without my skin having withdrawals like it would with chemical treatments
The testimonials sold me on the product, in addition to a chemical free ingredient list. My daughter had mild breakouts across her face all the time. We've tried a few over the counter products as well as other online products, but nothing really helped. We gave Norse Organics a try and we're absolutely amazed that the product did what it said it would do, almost overnight. We should've taken before and after photos. You've us as customers for life or as long as she needs it to keep her face acne free! Incredibly impressed with these products!!
