The customer service is unacceptable and needs improvement. I’ve been a loyal customer and was previously satisfied with the product quality. I bought three caps in different colors, and all have faded in the sunlight after minimal use. I inquired if this was normal or if anything could be done since they are quite pricey, but I was told to wash them and have had all other emails ignored. I will no longer support this brand as there are many alternatives available.
