I strongly advise against ordering from this seller. I bought three items some time ago and tried to return two. The return was never collected, and despite numerous attempts to reach out, I received no response. Customer support is almost nonexistent, with no replies after several emails and follow-ups. Proceed with caution!
The aftercare experience is terrible; they never respond to emails. The product arrived damaged, and despite sending over ten emails, I received no reply. They don’t even have a phone number, making it impossible to contact them. Purchasing from such a company is not advisable.

The customer service is unacceptable and needs improvement. I’ve been a loyal customer and was previously satisfied with the product quality. I bought three caps in different colors, and all have faded in the sunlight after minimal use. I inquired if this was normal or if anything could be done since they are quite pricey, but I was told to wash them and have had all other emails ignored. I will no longer support this brand as there are many alternatives available.
