I recently ordered the Alvar Gore-Tex Infinum 4.0 from Norse Projects on 22nd of March, which was supposed to be delivered by DHL Express. Unfortunately, the package was signed for by someone who was not me and it went missing. I was frustrated by the slow customer service of DHL, but I was very grateful for the amazing customer service of Norse Projects. Amanda and Emma were both very communicative and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Furthermore, they offered me a full refund in the meantime while they mediated with DHL. I'm thankful for the great customer service and I hope that DHL will take responsibility for the situation and reimburse Norse Projects for the value of the package.Oh and I'm very satisfied with the overall quality and fit of the Alvar Gore-Tex Infinum 4.0 I purchased from another webshop in the meantime, as they were on sale.
